Several Melaleucas are great white flowering plants in summer.
Also some hybrid Grevilleas

Yes I forgot about Melaleuca, some of my favourites too. Maybe Melaleuca linariifolia could fit the bill. One I really like is Melaleuca leucadendra a weeping Melaleuca, but that one may be too big.

and let us not leave out the Leptospermum part of the equation.
