Well the tomatoes are starting to ripen. The fruit fly will probably give me merry hell but one has to try. Same with the aubergines and capsicums.
I can remember having to drive outside the fruit fly free zone to buy bananas when I was young. Nowdays the trucks just keep flowing carrying fruit fly all over the place.
