same here, we got fibrer to the house as well, yet still cant get anywhere near the speeds we are supposed to, we got several refunds on the bill because it doesnt come up to scratch

(we have an old optus fiber that prior to the nbn switchover got good speeds, apparently they simply coupled the entire suburbs old optus fibers to a single node at the original distribution point, rather than spreading the load over multiple nodes spread out over the suburb. End result is pathetic performance any more than 3 people try to use it at the same time)

I rarely seem to get the advertised headline speed either, but it is still fast enough. Plus there is only me using it.
