we have used pita bread and tortillas for thin and crispy before… but pizza is cheap (unless you get it delivered) if you don’t ant to make it, buying is a good option

I never used to enjoy pizza from the supermarket, but I now enjoy them with a few modifications.

McCain produce Pizza Slices which is only two individually wrapped rectangular frozen pizzas around 9” x 4.5” that cook up well with a nice crispy base when heated in the oven on a metal tray. There are various flavors that you can use, I favour the Ham & Pineapple to which I add any cooked meat (leftovers from a roast) and additional shredded cheese. Then cook in oven at 210 degrees C for 15 minutes. The results are delicious and recommended as a quick tasty meal.
