DO NOT GO AWAY…OVER
I’ve been trying to do it with ‘diskpart’ but it doesn’t see the phantom drives. They only show up under ‘explorer’ which has allocated the letters ‘D” and ‘E’ to non-existent CD drives. I have an actual DVD/CD drive and that has the letter ‘F’.
OK, I need guidance on this. How do I get to this registry?
Try typing regedit in Run, enter.
