I’ve got fresh pineapple with cream for dessert tonight. Mr buffy cooked sausages and mash and steamed peas for main course.

I made fried rice with five veges, ham, egg and a stir-through XO Chinese spiced-mushroom sauce. It was yum. I’m quite full and there’s enough left for breakfast for me.

No desserts.
