did you read the specifics? It seems like the court allowed testimony from woman unconnected to the case and this has resulted in a mistrial being called.

Seems odd, I would have thought establishing a pattern of behaviour would be relevant to the prosecution, but perhaps that isn’t permitted in the SONY.

yeah, it seems like the key issue here was a level of overreach that was allowed by the court in the original trial.
