did you read the specifics? It seems like the court allowed testimony from woman unconnected to the case and this has resulted in a mistrial being called.

Seems odd, I would have thought establishing a pattern of behaviour would be relevant to the prosecution, but perhaps that isn’t permitted in the SONY.

mr buffy suggested it may be that you have to decide on the particular matter before the court, and that previous behaviour would then be taken into account in sentencing. It sort of makes sense that way.
