Caller (who had a thick accent, though I couldn’t place it) was obviously in a call centre.

Weird.

That’s the other thing my sister was going on about, that Telstra have fired all their call centre staff and replaced with AI.

I joked that must be why my super fund is so incompetent, it’s all AI.

Why is that a joke? It’s probably true.
