Yes, but it’s odd that there’s no news of this very newsworthy decision on the ABC site. A judge allowing live broadcast of his sentencing in a murder case like this is surely remarkable.

yeah, I see what you mean, the ABC are notoriously cautious with reporting things, but sure, this is actually happening as a first for that court so definitely newsworthy.
