OK, so I’ve been sorting patient records again and I have rearranged the filing cabinets in anticipation of removing one of them (there are three) in the next 6 months or so. Still got files which I have not shredded for patients with complicated histories and those I used when I did the myopia research a few years back. Anyone I saw in 2018 and 2019 will go to the shredder next year when the 7 years from my retirement comes around. There is some more sorting of stuff to be done, but I’ve done enough for today.
