I’ve emailed them and consumer protection and the agency who looks bonds.
I don’t think she lodged the bond which is against the law.

Only an invoice from her.
I contacted the agency responsible for bond lodgement and nothing was lodged.
They referred me to an online complaint form.
I’m making a stand against her as I don’t see why I should accept it.
