It’s nationwide, Parpyone. You need to renew your “plan” every 12 months, otherwise they will automatically put you on the most expensive one Their “cheaper plans” are considerably cheaper..

except WA. western power is the wholesaler (generation, poles and wires etc) and synergy and horizon are the retail. all government owned.
