Brioche is the new trendy bread to have with your hamburgers ATM in Oz with all manner of it for sale in any chain supermarket. I’m sure some crazy foodie influencer has used HCB, or other sweet bread, to astound their impressionable fans. In a proper American style hamburger brioche is not too bad IMO. But in conclusion things have changed a little since you were last here.
