Actually doing the calculations, this should be adequate protein for one day for an adult male:

2 eggs + half a chicken breast + 1 hoki fillet.

So tonight I’ll have half a hen boob with salad followed by the steamed fish and rest of salad.

Should still be no more than 1000 calories for the day, probably less.
