She’s annoyed because her neighbours are undertaking noisy renovations without warning anyone about early noise.

If someone in the neighbourhood is getting solar panels or renovating building an add on or any of the whole range of activities that can see noisy power tools starting up not long after dawn. It is unavoidable because roofers don’t want to be up there when it gets to 40˚.

There’s construction of townhouses happening around here. I can’t hear them, but drive past on the school run every day. Don’t envy them in the full summer sun & humidity.
