Autistic people are more likely to experience supernatural phenomena such as sensing a presence, seeing “shadow people”, and feeling invisible touch.

It’s a small study, where approximately half the subjects identify as religious. These sensations are argued to be due to autistic people processing information differently to neurotypical peers.
