I know a bit more than that about it. But I don’t follow any of it these days. Snow and ice are just not a part of the local climate here, and mountains are not a part of the local geography. It is not the sort of sports that I can participate in.

Skiing on Bluff Knoll would be out of the question.

Pretty much the only place it does snow in WA, and the few other nearby mountains. but is it usually just a light sprinkle that only lasts a few hours before it all melts away. Never thick enough to build up a suitable platform for skiing. if you want to see the snow up there you gotta start climbing early in the day, like crack of dawn early.

One of the many downsides of living in WA.
