We had something that was pretending it might be rain during the afternoon. But it wasn’t really rain. There won’t be anything in the official gauge at the Post Office. It has registered 0.3mm this month so far. January managed a grand total of 0.7mm. I raced outside and pulled the sheets off the line, but I shouldn’t have bothered. I’ve got the sprinklers from the bore on around the garden again now.
