Report for MV…the curry sauce on the wokked veggies was quite acceptable. I couldn’t work out why it came out salty, but remembered that I’d used one of these for the stock:

I should have known better…I’ve used them before and found them too salty. We don’t use a lot of salt. Next time I’ll either use half of one of them, or just a pinch of stock powder.
