I am cook tonight. I’d recently stocked up on chicken wings and drumsticks for Bruna. So we are going to have a couple of wings and a drumstick each, baked in the oven, basted with the mix I use when I cook a duck (honey/molasses/soy sauce/chilli sauce/orange juice). Accompanied by a salad of lettuce and Black Krim tomato.
