I bought a cheap omelette maker. It works great. Light & fluffy omelettes, and easy to use & clean.

Microwave. 40 seconds per egg, add extra 10 seconds for each additive eg milk, cheese. Splash of milk, two eggs = light and fluffy ready in 90 seconds 👍🏼
