Spray paint in a can is not water based.

It’s Film World.

Guns that never need to be reloaded.

Window panes you can crash through and not receive the tiniest of cuts.

People can be rendered unconscious (often repeatedly) with no apparent after-effects.

Suspension of disbelief is not just desirable, it’s mandatory.

Plus you can get water based paint in spray cans. plus if either is dry then it is a lot harder to remove.

Perhaps they hoped they could remove the spray paint without removing the cars paint
