You’d be flat out seeing a tawny frogmouth, they roost in paperbark trees and blend in beautifully.

No paperbarks here and if you look closely there are four tails in this photo.

saw one out farm not long back, got video also, looked at me disapprovingly wide-eyes, during daylight, as if he thinking you woke me up, came too near, I had to move, WHY DID YOU DO THAT?
