I was sitting outside and this hare slowly came out of the bushes and carefully came straight up to me, sniffed me, then the hare turned around and went back the way s/he came. It was most comical.

Yes! It was most strange!

But I passed the sniff test as the hare was just as slow moving on the way out as the way in.
