Rabbits are nonreportable. If one was to have one as a pet, and take it to the vet, the vet does not legally have to report it. Ferrets are reportable, for example.

Probably cases of border patrol confiscating a smuggled animal occasionally. Detection methods seem to be doing a good job, but I haven’t done a deep dive. Invasive species website says 2017, when a single toad was found in a cargo container in Perth.
