It seems these armless chairs are a serious health risk. They need a stern talking to!

I should transfer myself to an armchair when I find myself nodding off.

I think we may need to write a SOP about this.

1. Slightly sleeping = relocate to the chair with armrests.

2. Nodding off = relocate to a bed or a chair with arm rests immediately

3. Thinking I will just “rest” my eyes for a minute = immediate relocation to safer chair with an arm rest.
