How did you get that image?

I saved the image, opened it in gimp, zoomed right in and cropped. I could have simply rescaled but instead I screenshot*, so that the original pixel boundaries would be perceivable.
Then I cropped the screenshot, posted here, and the rest, as they say, is history!
