I made Nagi’s recipe for meatloaf yesterday and it was delish. I was looking after the grandkids today and couldn’t wait to get home and have some more of it.
It was a good sinus flush out, finely grating a rather large onion as per her instructions, but worth it.

Onya!
I have intended to try it: I have it saved in a folder named “Random recipes 2”, which may have been a browser window on the previous computer.
Your recommendation brings it forward on the list of things to try…
:)
I only had one half kilo pack of mince left from the farmers market (I give the rest to my daughter to stretch her budget), and it was nice and lean…she said not to use lean but there you go. I used the rest of the ingredients as per instructions instead of halving them, I wasn’t sure if it would work but it did. Perhaps the good quality of the mince helped there though. I’m not sure that half a kilo of supermarket mince would work as well.
I also ran out of puff for the glaze and only used the tomato sauce without the sugar and cider vinegar. Love the slightly caramel tomatoey glaze after an hour of cooking
