Another glorious sunny day in the Nation’s Capital. Went for a lovely walk in Weston Park, got my flu shot, and currently have a banana cake baking. Going to take it to a friend’s place tomorrow – he had cataract surgery yesterday. so we are going to visit him, and his 12 week old Westie puppy.

That sounds somewhat dangerous. Eye surgery + young puppy.

Sort of like when we adopted Gracie Blue. My leg in a full length brace and using a walking stick. Add crazy 14 month old rescue dog.

He can already see better out of his eye than he did before surgery.
