$6K to remove the kitchen & check that all the mould has been removed. I’m not sure how much a new kitchen will be (including a new induction cooktop & oven) but I figure between $10k – $20. We’re not going to rebuild it as it was, the oven & fridge will be moved to the other side (they were in the RH corner in those photos) so we can open the doors on them without blocking the walkway out of the kitchen in that corner.

Mm, I remember your kitchen. Particularly the time I’d made lasagna but Brendon didn’t think it was cooked enough and ended up burning it. We were housesitting while you and your dad went up north, I think.
