Funnily enough, Mini Me picked up a frozen spanakopita at the supermarket and asked if we could get it. It won’t be dinner though, it’s pizza night.

I saw it done on The Chef’s Line (the only cooking show other than Iron Chef that I’ve ever bothered with) and have been making it occasionally ever since.
