It is too hot to work outside now. One third of a skip has been filled.

My thermoregulation has been all over the place this week.

It is do hard to do thermoregulation with the current weather. It really is a bugger.

I don’t know what to do that. I am sticking ice packs on the back of my neck at times. Rugging up at other times.

I do fear if this is what the climate is now, what will it be like in a couple of years?
