They typically used precision guided weapons these days, so it was a deliberate choice to bomb the hospital.

All of the atrocities that Israel have committed in the past few years have been deliberate.

I dunno. Basic incompetence can’t be ruled out considering the foolishly dismissed plans for the Hamas incursion on Oct 7 that Shin Bet were well aware of.

And not all of these attacks are deliberately fabricated, some may even have actually happened.
