Conditions inland are dire.
All the bats came in from inland Australia to the coast just before Covid. They were all so thin and emaciated. They were starving. It was terrible to catch them up and they were skin and bone.
There are huge fruit bat colonies near the Clarence. They come around here all through summer..and then there’s micobats sometimes indoors.. Woodie will tell you…
