I’ve been trying to not take pain killers so that I can deal with the pain and not ignore whats wrong with me.

My body is telling me that there are parts of me that are damaged and that I should look after those bits.

But they hurt. And I need to use those bits every day.

Pain is exhausting. I am addicted to my heating pad.

I use an ice pack on the back of my neck.
