Yeah, that stuff would probly help me with my lower back too except for all the side effects including abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, headache, and dizziness.
Tidying up my 50 acres has aggrevated my usual spinal complaints.
Spinal pain really sucks.
Talking of spinal pain, I have just finished my weekly Feldenkrais session, which has kept my spine pain at bay for the last 20 years or so. For about 30 years before that I did Alexander Technique, which works on similar sorts of principals.
All starting from intense back pain in my late teens, and back surgery (which did no good at all) age 21 or so.
