My interest comes from family experience. One of my male cousins has similar ears. Plus a very noticeable underbite. Mother Dearest was always on at her twin brother about getting her nephew’s ears and jaw fixed. It got a tad boring listening to her be all “medical”, she was a nurse at one point. Cousin grew his hair longish, it still is and he’s in his 70s. Plus as an adult he has always had a beard.
