Yes
I have a Shatki Mat this is hundreds of plastic spikes that you lie on.
Takes a few minutes were its uncomfortable but after that is actually quite restful.

the other day I went to a pilates stretch session .. I haven’t used a roller before, but this time they did, and it was so uncomfortable while using it, but later that day the benefits of having these muscles ‘rolled’ out felt amazing.. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised, it’s not unlike a deep tissue massage with the added benefit of not having to be touched by anyone. Anyway.. it was good.. so I am open to trying new things that don’t tip my cynicism scale too much..

now that I seem to be on the mend again and getting back to some sort of normal… thank goodness

Yeah I have a roller as well
I was cynical of some of those types of things if they go into woo woo territory.
The Shakti Mat really is comfortable once you relax, the first few minutes you want to hop of it, but preserver and its really comfortable.

It’s so good to find something that works, in particular, for your body.
