Mrs V’s bus has just left Gympie – expected here about 7 pm.

I have Thai Yellow Curry that I made a couple of days ago. (Tempeh, chicken, potato, leek, celery, coconut milk, yellow curry paste, lime juice, extra chilli.) I’m going to add some extra celery. I’ll put rice on when she is home safely. Dinner will be served 25 minutes after she gets here.
