yeah I would agree with this. Always colder than necessary… love those heated blankets they give out.

Most of us may belong to the generation of babies who were put into quiet dark rooms for sleep that apparently causes problems when older.
I sleep better now but I envy those people who can sleep anywhere in all sorts of conditions.

If I want to go to sleep, I close my eyes and do so, usually within a few seconds. Day, night, noisy or quiet. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep though.
