yeah I would agree with this. Always colder than necessary… love those heated blankets they give out.

Most of us may belong to the generation of babies who were put into quiet dark rooms for sleep that apparently causes problems when older.
I sleep better now but I envy those people who can sleep anywhere in all sorts of conditions.

What problems? Cool sleeping spaces are recommended afaik, for all of us. Unless serious respiratory problems need warm moist air.
