Its interesting this animal has been frozen for 24,000 years
Going be the speed of 31/Atlas (58 km/s) it would take it 21,900 years to reach Proxima Centauri.
So it could perhaps have survived the journey bar the fact the conditions are somewhat more harsh in interstellar space
