Having difficulty contacting one of my many sisters for her birthday.
She’s completely offline, and her phone messagebank is full (not taking any more messages).

People have a right not to be contacted but I do still want to let her know we’re thinking of her. Fortunately various telegram-like options still exist so I can get a physical message to her within hours.
