Part of the Trump problem is, no one’s willing to officially admit he has cognitive issues. Or any other severe health issues like congestive heart failure, TIAs, kidney etc.

He’s surrounded by people scared to do anything but push will come to shove eventually. They are already talking about Vance positioning himself to take over.
