Years back I got a phone call from an Indian/Pakistani sounding chap who said he was from the ATO. He wanted to know all sorts of information and I figured it was a scam so I took the piss out of him for a while.
So anyway about ten minutes later my accountant rings up … yes the call was legit and I was embarrassed.
