This has been going on for a while, but the talks of merging three of WA universities has floated to the top of the pond again… It seems that only UWA is in favour of this merger and Murdoch and Curtin are against…

because UWA is tyranny… and MU and Curtin has seen the clusterfuck that occured with University of SA (USA – haha) and that merger and how unhappy the students are.
You should not run a university with a business model… but here we are with people making decisions for tertiary students who have never been tertiary students.

I can only hope that MU and Curtin stand strong enough for this to be sunk back down again for another ten years…
