I missed a couple of days cos I was too busy to look through forum activities.

Well, I can add that this morning I’ve really ricked my left sciatic nerve and have spent some time lying flat on my back. After I walked Mr buffy and the visiting Pugs, did some weeding, hung out a load of washing. It’s a revival of an old injury from years ago. Sometimes I had to lie on the consulting room floor over lunchtime.

That sounds painful.
