It was very, very light with an excellent crust, toasted. Tasty, very tasty,
She makes bread a few times a week for my son’s work lunch. he is seriously spoiled. Luckily she loves baking bread. She is a qualified pastry chef, but at work she bakes cakes etc, no bread.
