I don’t have the wisdom to answer that one. I am confused and fearful that what is coming next is much, much worse.
I do know that many elderly folks who were eating one meal per day, turned up to the protests, and the permaculture folks and gardeners are now providing them with more meals. So, community is building, and I hope it makes a difference.

One small homemade thing per day, that is my goal. Very small things but reaching out via text or email to folks, who are doing the work communities across multiple communities.
Small amounts of support. Humble, minute, small things, but little things neverthless.
